Step 2. We will send you a confirmation email within 2 days once we have received your email. Please reply the confirmation email within 2 days too.
Step 3. Bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK or PUBLIC BANK accounts within 3days. Failure to do so, your order will be terminated without any notice.
Step 4. After you have remitted the payment, please send us a notification by email or fax to us (03-6250 9715) which includes the transaction date, amount, which bank you have bank-in.

6. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.
7. Shipping fees in not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia.
8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
9. Once you have received the goods, kindly notify us by email. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
